At Grace House, families are at the heart of everything we do. We provide a friendly, welcoming and supportive place for disabled children and young people up to the age of 25, along with their parents, carers and family. Whether you are looking for advice, activities, wellbeing support or simply somewhere you feel understood, we are here to help you feel informed, included and connected.

  • friendly support and advice around disability;
  • welfare, financial and disability advice, including food vouchers when available;
  • one-to-one counselling for disabled young people up to age 25, parents and family carers, and siblings of disabled children;
  • family counselling to help you talk things through together;
  • Kids Club for children aged 5 to 9;
  • youth groups for children aged 10 to 18;
  • sports groups and classes for children aged 10 to 18;
  • social groups for young people aged 18 to 25;
  • life skills programmes for young people aged 12 and over;
  • work experience opportunities for young people aged 16 to 25;
  • wellbeing and therapeutic activities for parents and family carers, such as yoga, gong baths and wellbeing journaling;
  • family-inclusive holiday clubs for children from birth to 18, including support to help tackle holiday hunger;
  • seated exercise sessions for disabled young people aged 18 to 25.
