Youth groups for disabled children and young people aged between 10 and 18. Child must be undergoing the diagnosis process or already has a diagnosis. Meet once a week at Grace House during term time. Fun activities like crafts, gaming, exercise, cooking etc. Get in touch with Caroline at CC@gracehouse.co.uk or call 0191 435 2088 to find out more.
