Wellbeing for Parent Carers
Looking after and caring for others is hard, doing the same for ourselves is even harder, so come and join us for Wellbeing Wednesdays, starting Wednesday March 5th, 9:45am-2:00pm, then every Wednesday until the last session on April 9th.
Healthy Parent Carer(HPC) is ran by Parent Carers who have children with SEND in Sunderland, and groups are kept small. More details on what it is all about can be found HERE
