This provision is ideal for individuals who:

  • Have little or no experience using computers or digital devices
  • May feel lacking in confidence with technology or online tasks
  • Are returning to learning or work after a long break
  • Need support to develop basic digital and online safety skills
  • Would benefit from a relaxed, practical, and supportive learning environment

Topics cover basic laptop and computer use, keyboard and mouse skills, typing and document creation, saving and managing files, using web browsers and searching online safely, as well as essential digital skills to support everyday life, job searching, and progression into further learning or employment.
