Join us every Friday from 3-4pm for Walking Football designed to provide a low‑impact and enjoyable way to stay active.
Location: Raich Carter Centre, Commercial Road, Hendon, Sunderland, SR2 8PD
Each session costs £2, and no booking is required.
Please wear/bring:
- Comfortable indoor clothing
- Trainers (football boots are not permitted)
- A drink
These sessions are open to all adults, and no prior football experience is necessary.
