Self-Care Week 2025

It’s nearly Self Care Week! (17th–23rd November)
This national campaign is all about encouraging us to take a moment to focus on our own health and wellbeing. This year’s theme is ‘Mind and Body’, with a spotlight on physical activity — a great reminder of how closely our mental and physical health are linked.

At Links for Life Sunderland, we’re here to support you in taking those first steps towards better self-care.
