Winnovation Training, a leading health, social and early years training provider accredited to the matrix standard, demonstrating the high-quality information, advice, and guidance services they provide to various employers, unemployed and employed learners across the Northeast.

Winnovation Training was founded in 2009, with the vision to assist modern social care managers to effectively organise and provide high-quality training to meet all their staff development needs.

We pride ourselves on being able to provide those living in the Northeast the opportunity to fulfil their potential, developing skills, knowledge, and confidence.

We work with both employed and unemployed individuals as well as employers and other organisations using government funding to deliver our courses at zero cost (T&Cs apply).

Our current unemployed Sunderland courses run monthly from the North Sands office and offer learners the chance to undergo two accredited qualifications for health and social care, with the added benefit of careers advice and a guaranteed interview with local social care employers.
