Ready to stop smoking? Our Family Hubs are here to help you every step of the way.

Join our Stop Smoking Programme and earn up to £120 in Love2Shop vouchers while you quit!*

Here’s how it works:

  • Set a quit date: Get your first voucher worth £20 when you start your quit journey.
  • After 4 weeks smoke-free: Celebrate your progress with another voucher of £40.
  • After 12 weeks smoke-free: Complete your journey and receive your final £60 voucher as a reward.

 Family Hub workers are all trained to support you – and you’re three times more likely to quit with help from a professional. They can offer you an individual quit programme for up to 12 weeks with tailored advice and support to help plan and manage your quit attempt. Everyone is different so there are different support options available including:

  • motivational tips to help keep you on track
  • the chance to use a carbon monoxide monitor, to see your recovery in action
  •  a choice of support to fit your lifestyle
  • prescription stop smoking medicines to help beat cravings, from vapes, nicotine patches and gum, lozenges and inhalators.

All support is free, flexible and friendly.  Contact any of our Family Hubs to make an appointment – it’s never too late to quit!
