Community Mobility Classes

Our Community Mobility Classes are designed to help people of all ages and abilities move with greater confidence, comfort, and independence. These welcoming sessions focus on improving joint mobility, balance, posture, coordination, and functional strength — all the essential elements that support everyday living.

Whether someone is recovering from injury, managing long‑term conditions, returning to movement after inactivity, or simply wanting to feel more capable in daily tasks, our classes offer a safe, supportive environment where progress happens at a comfortable pace.

Led by experienced coaches who understand the importance of whole‑person wellbeing, each class blends gentle mobility work, low‑impact strengthening, breathing techniques, and guided movement patterns. Our goal is simple:
to help people move better, feel better, and live with greater freedom.

Everyone is welcome, and every session is adapted to meet individual needs — creating a community where people feel encouraged, empowered, and connected.

Social Movement Groups

Our Social Movement Groups bring people together through accessible, enjoyable, and community‑focused activity. These sessions are designed for anyone who wants to move more, build confidence, meet new people, and enjoy the positive benefits that come from being active in a supportive group setting.

Each group combines light physical activity with meaningful social connection — creating an environment where movement feels fun, relaxed, and pressure‑free. Whether it’s gentle circuits, guided walks, group mobility, low‑impact exercises, or simply moving together at your own pace, the aim is always the same: to help people feel part of something, not just part of a class.

Our coaches ensure every session is inclusive and adaptable, making it suitable for beginners, older adults, people returning to exercise, or anyone who finds traditional fitness spaces overwhelming. We focus on building routine, confidence, and a sense of belonging, knowing that movement is just one part of overall wellbeing.

These groups don’t just improve physical health — they reduce isolation, boost mood, strengthen community bonds, and create a positive space where everyone is welcome.

Our tailored coaching sessions are designed to meet people exactly where they are, offering personalised support that adapts to individual goals, abilities, and circumstances. Whether you’re looking to improve your health, build confidence, recover from injury, enhance performance, or simply move more comfortably, our coaching provides a pathway that is both achievable and empowering.

We offer one‑to‑one sessions for those who prefer focused, personalised guidance, as well as small‑group coaching for individuals who enjoy learning and progressing alongside others. Every programme is built around your needs — combining movement, mobility, strength development, lifestyle strategies, and mindset support to create sustainable, meaningful change.

For aspiring coaches, we also provide opportunities to shadow sessions, gain hands-on experience, and develop the skills needed to support others in the community. Our approach ensures that each person feels supported, valued, and equipped to grow — whether as a participant or a future leader.

Recently I was asked by a friend to accompany him to an Over 50's Dynamic Stretching Class ran by Team Dynamic. My immediate thoughts were that I hadn't undertaken any serious exercise recently. I'm in my 70's but I decided to give it a go. I singed up for 2 one hour sessions a week for a 6 month period and was assured by Adam that it would not be too strenuous and the exercise classes would be slow movements gradually building up but at my own pace. Now 3 month later I'm glad I did. It is a really friendly atmosphere and we focused on ankle, knee, hip and shoulder mobility which play a key role in daily movement, posture and joint support. We build muscle but always at our own pace. We work on arms, legs and core strength as well as balance exercises which are important for my reflexes and coordination which naturally slow down with age and single limb work has helped me with my stability and confidence. I feel flexible, strong and mobile and the exercise have definitely helped reduce stiffness and improved my movement. I can honestly sat that a couple of session a week has made a massive improvement not only to my physical health but also to my general wellbeing, I would advise anyone to give these exercise session a go. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain."

Great addition to the community. Started the class almost immediately, mainly for a little fitness, mobility and the fact it was for over 50's. After a few week it was amazing to realise how much extra mobility I had and how much I could move without aches and pains. My range of movement improved tenfold. I approached Team Dynamic after having had an unsuccessful left knee replacement, my right knee wasn't much better as it was bone on bone, both knees were painful and continually giving way. The team listened to my problems and formulated a program enabling me to go from what I was able to do to what I want to do. The classes and sessions you do are easy to follow and each week I am progressing. The coach clearly explains each workout and also does a demonstration. This exercise class has improved my strength, hip pain and my fitness level. I have dine exercise most of my life but was finding classes hard due to my hips. Most classes available in the area are for younger clients with no problems. I have enjoyed this class as it it strengthening my hip flexors to improve my walking. I started working with Team Dynamic in 2016. I went to see them with the goals of improving left knee pain following an injury and surgery and weight loss.
