Community Mental Health Hub
The Community Mental Health Hubs based at Hope4All in Pennywell and Building Blocks in Washington work towards creating a bridge between the local community, the NHS and the Voluntary sector. We are a community space working in partnership with local community provides to bring services that support and meet the needs of the community. By doing this we aim to improve mental health support by providing a space for holistic, whole person support. As well as to grow a community voice to ensure the hub is always meeting the communities needs, by bringing professionals and the community together in tackling mental health. To do this we provide spaces for professionals, facilitators and groups in the heart of the community. We also connect with community members, spaces and professionals to identify the right services to meet community needs, and develop community focused projects and activities.
