7 Dimensions Wellness CIC offers FREE and reduced cost wellness for those in Washington and the surrounding Tyne & Wear area.

We aim to provide a range of mental and physical wellness sessions for: people living with cancer and their families, those bereaved by suicide or experiencing complex grief, people experiencing depressions, anxiety or low self-esteem, menopausal women, young LGBTQIA+ people and others struggling with identity, isolation or bullying, those caring for children with autism and people with additional needs. 

Our services include, Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Reiki, Qi Gong, Meditation, Children’s Aerial Yoga, Sound Healing and a Women’s Circle. All sessions are currently delivered at Tempest Dance Studio, Mission Hall Columbia Washington NE38 7BE

Our main facilitator is a Trauma & Menopause Informed, LGBTQ+ Awareness trained, certified practitioner in Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Foundation Yoga for Cancer, Wuji Gong, Meditation, Energy & Sound Healing and Reiki

I feel relaxed and calm after a yoga class. Mandy is easy to talk to and always makes the class fun as well as challenging. I love aerial yoga, took me out of my comfort zone and I look forward to every class.
