Junior Park Runs in Sunderland
Junior park runs takes place every Sunday at 9am, offering a free and fun run for children aged 4–14. You can join in at either:
- Mowbray Park, SR1 1QB
- Hetton Lyons Country Park, DH5 0RH
Both events are friendly, welcoming, and run entirely by volunteers. Whether your child walks, jogs, or runs, it’s a great chance to get moving, make new friends, and enjoy the outdoors.
