Health Eating Week runs from 9th - 15th June 2025
Healthy Eating Week 2025 is organised by the British Nutrition Foundation, an annual event aiming to help everyone make small changes to improve their lifestyles, health, and wellbeing.
Whatever your age, eating a healthy, balanced diet is an important part of maintaining good health and wellbeing.
This means eating a wide variety of foods in the right proportions and consuming the right amount of food and drink to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight.
