Please note the park does not have its own facilities. Toilets can be found nearby in the Leisure Centre and Galleries Shopping Centre.

 
 

Know before you go

Dogs

Assistance dogs only please. As some attendees may not be comfortable with dogs in the group. 

Mobility

Please wear sturdy footwear, some paths across the park are paved and some are not. If you have queries about access please contact Pip.

What to bring

  • Dress for weather forecasts – waterproof clothing, sun hat and sun cream where necessary.
  • Sturdy footwear.
  • Wear long sleeves and long trousers.

Parking information

Free car parking is available across the galleries during this session. Additional parking can be found at Washington Leisure Centre. If parking at Washington Leisure Centre you must validate your parking inside on a tablet by reception.

 

Bicycle parking

Bicycle parking is available opposite Washington Leisure Centre.
