Bring your little ones along to join us for a series of free, fun, weekly outdoor walks and activities in Elemore park.
Muddy Wellies is supported by Public Health Sunderland to get young children outdoors to improve their health and wellbeing, develop new skills and learn about nature.
Sessions are aimed at pre-school children between 2 and 5 years and will take place outdoors in January and February.
In this session we will explore Hetton Lyons Countrypark with a pair of binoculars and see all the different birds we see over winter. Learn about where we can find different types of birds and the adaptations they use to thrive in their habitat.
