Space4 is a friendly community project in Houghton-le-Spring. It gives people a safe place to meet, make friends and get support when life feels difficult.
Space4 offers one-to-one help, community activities, support groups, advice and wellbeing sessions.
They also help people build digital skills, including using online services, finding information and staying connected.
The project aims to reduce loneliness, improve confidence and help people become more independent. Everyone is welcomed in a kind and supportive environment where they can get practical help, enjoy social activities and take part in their local community.
