Finding our regular Pilates class a bit too tricky? Then this session is specifically designed to be carried out seated. It is a slower paced, low impact class which is particularly focused towards more mature exercisers & anyone wanting to take more time to hone their Pilates technique. We work specifically on improving posture, balance, strength and agility. The classes are also great to help with back pain and other aches and pains: movement is amazing! Age is just a number: there is no minimum or maximum age for this class. Class sizes are kept small (to a maximum of 12) to ensure you receive all the support you need to help you understand, practice and enjoy Pilates safely.
