Movement is Medicine is a friendly group activity session designed to help adults improve mobility, strength and confidence through simple, low-impact exercise. The sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, including people with long-term conditions, those returning to movement, or anyone who wants to feel better in everyday life.

Each session includes gentle strength work, balance training, mobility exercises and guided movement in a relaxed, supportive environment. Everything can be adapted, and you are encouraged to go at your own pace.

These sessions involve standing, walking and floor-based movements, so participants will need to be able to move unaided. (Seated and assisted options may be offered in the future.)

The focus is on feeling better, moving more and building confidence week by week. No experience is needed and everyone is welcome.
