Maternal Mental Health Week
This session is a chance for mams to relax, chat and gain support child free, if you are unable to attend due to childcare issues we recommend only children under 2 years of age may attend, as the session is not suitable for older children due to the sensitive nature of discussions that may take place.
Suitable for pregnant women and mams with children up to the age of 5 years.
