Live Without Limits | Dance & Movement (Adults with Learning Disabilities)

Life Without Limits is a welcoming programme of creative sessions for adults with learning disabilities, designed to build confidence, encourage self-expression, and create opportunities to connect with others in a supportive environment. Sessions are relaxed, inclusive, and open to all — no experience needed.

Our Thursday Creative Movement session at 12:45pm is a fun and uplifting class where participants explore dance, music, and movement. Through guided activities and group participation, the session supports confidence, coordination, and wellbeing, all within a friendly and encouraging space.
