Life Without Limits | Drama (Adults with Learning Disabilities)

Life Without Limits is a welcoming programme of creative sessions for adults with learning disabilities, designed to build confidence, encourage self-expression, and create opportunities to connect with others in a supportive environment. Sessions are relaxed, inclusive, and open to all — no experience needed.

Our Thursday Expressive Arts (Drama) session at 11:00am is a fun and engaging class where participants explore drama, storytelling, and group activities. Through games and shared experiences, the session supports communication, imagination, and confidence, all while having fun in a friendly and encouraging space.
