Leading Smarter

In all organisations, leading a team is the key to the development of the processes, staff and outcomes. Whether it is a small business developing a team for the very first time, a charity taking on first employees or volunteers, or larger companies developing staff internally to reach new targets and challenges this qualification is for you. 

 

By attending this training the participants will be given an introduction to topics that will cultivate a wide range of essential management skills. You will feel more confident in managing  and leading a team and dealing with potentially difficult situations

The training will take place at The Beam, Plater Way Sunderland SR1 3AD

 

All courses run from 9am-5pm unless otherwise stated and lunch will be provided. We will check any dietary requirements the week before your course.

 

This is a 4 day course split over 2 weeks, you will need to be able to attend all 4 days. Dates available are;

You will receive a level 2 qualification in team leading skills.
