This project helps excluded communities to access digital health services and learn how to use them. The support is for everyone, with focus on people who speak English as a second language. We are based in Sunderland but open to anyone across the North East. 

We can help with: 

-Using the NHS app 

-Accessing your healthcare records 

-Applying for prescriptions, or prescription certificates 

-Fixing NHS account or record issues 

-Support you with managing your health appointments through the app or online services 

-Creating immigration share codes
