Antenatal Parent Programme

Our 5 week antenatal course is run by experienced health visitors, midwives and infant feeding experts and can be booked from the 24th week of pregnancy by calling 03000031552.

Week 1 – introduction to the programme and relaxation 

Week 2 – bonding, brain development, communication and looking after yourself

Week 3 – stages of labour, delivery plans and pain relief

Week 4 – feeding your baby, breastfeeding, skin to skin and safer sleeping

Week 5 – caring for your baby, holding securely, bathing, changing and safety.
