This class will shape you up, and get you ready to step into anything with uplifting music to carry you through a sequence of exercises.

Upper Body Sculpt is designed to scorch calories and burn fat for toned arms and upper body. Tracy will learn you how to burn fat by using weights and resistance training instead of cardio. When you build toned muscle, you supercharge your metabolism, so you burn fat long after your workout ends.

Total Body Fitness includes energising workouts from P90X, SH1FT, and more.

Using a combination of exercises that include:

  • Cardio Conditioning
  • HIIT
  • Step
  • Combat
  • Weights and Bodyweight

All set to great music to keep you energised.  You work to your own level of fitness and ability. Each week we will surprise you with a different workout to burn the calories to shape up to improve your stamina and power.
