We are working alongside Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service and their anonymous reporting tool Firestoppers to help prevent deliberate fire-setting in your community.
If you have information about deliberate fire-setting, please report it anonymously:
Call firestoppers free on 0800 169 5558 or report online at www.firestoppersreport.co.uk
You can also help by reporting:
Unlit bonfires on council land via our online form www.sunderland.gov.uk/illegal-unlit-bonfire or call 0191 520 5550.
Items such as rubbish or furniture accumulating, or bonfires being built on Gentoo land, by calling Gentoo on 0191 525 5000.
For lit bonfires or emergencies, always call 999.
