Specialist Welfare Rights support – Citywide

The Welfare Rights Service challenge and represent decisions made by DWP and employers up to tribunal level.

Caseworkers are placed in Family & Mental Health Hubs, and other accessible venues across the city, including at the hospital where advisers support residents and their families affected by cancer.
