Warm Weather – Yellow Health Alert

The UK Health Security Agency has issued a yellow health alert across the North East from 9am on 8th July to 9pm on 12th July 2026. 

Hot weather and extreme heat affect and can be dangerous, especially for vulnerable people, so it is important that we all take precautions to make sure that our health and the health of others isn’t badly affected by extreme heat.
